On Dec 18, 2006 permission was granted for LMA hosting:
"To whom it may concern:
I was contacted by someone wishing to post live shows of a band I was formerly a member of. He said I would need to make a statement granting him permission to post on archive.org. I was hoping you could provide me with information and necessary steps in order to make this possible.

The band is Tugboat Annie. There is no website since the band broke up in 2001. There is a myspace page that was set up by a fan that apparently has a collection of live shows that he would like to post on archive. At the time, we allowed anyone to record our shows.
